Elizabeth Belenchia serves domestic and international entrepreneurial business owners. She works directly with owners or personal representatives to locate, favorably finance, calculate tax implications and incentives, as well as collaborate with institutions for research and development.
Her expertise includes locating international business in rural communities while negotiating a complex structure of relationships, land or buildings, infrastructure and supplemental incentives, layered financing, permit processes, and job training.
Elizabeth is currently the President of Carroll Properties Corporation, an international real estate consulting services based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She is the Representative to the UN for FIABCI.
Her clients include Tyco Electronics, Safety Kleen, Somet, International Paper, Dana Corporation, Mermet Weaving, US EPA-Brownfield Piolt, town of Cowpens, Ibena, SEW Eurodrive, Hess America, Interplex Metals, McDonalds, UPS, and Comfort Inn.
As leader of the firm’s International Services practice, Kay focuses on providing comprehensive planning and compliance services to clients with inbound and outbound international operations, mainly in the manufacturing and distribution industry.
With more than 20 years of experience in public and private accounting, including 16 years with an international accounting firm, her services range from initial international operations structuring to the full integration of host country operations. Kay consults with multinational companies to unify global tax strategies and create the optimum tax efficient structures, including the coordination of transfer pricing and overall tax strategies.
Her experience includes the human resource element of international expansion, as well as developing expatriate and inpatriate policies, tax equalization agreements, assignment evaluators and home and host country tax compliance.
Ronald E. Robbins, Esq. is a lawyer with over twenty-five years of experience in transactional matters, commercial transactions, contract, real estate and construction matters and is accomplished in a variety of other fields of law.
He worked for the US Government in Washington, DC and for private contractors. Ron earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1987 and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts of South Carolina as well as the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a South Carolina Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator and Arbitrator. He was an attorney with the firm of Belser, Baker, Barwick, Ravenel, Toal & Bender. In 1991, he helped form and became one of the founding members of the Columbia law firm of Bruner, Powell, Robbins, Wall & Mullins, LLC, where he practiced until 2010.
Since 2010, he has practiced through his own professional association, Ronald E. Robbins, PA, located in Greer, South Carolina. He is active with the Chinese community in the Greenville/Spartanburg area.
